Our Roots
Founded in 2007, Sacred Soul Wellness was born out of a passion for yoga and a desire to share its transformative power with others. What began as a small community class has blossomed into a thriving wellness center dedicated to holistic healing and personal growth. We have grown alongside our community, always staying true to our mission of promoting health, wellness, and inner peace.

Meet Our Founder
Dr. Tiffany Taft is a dedicated military veteran focused on supporting the physical and emotional healing of her fellow active-duty members and veterans. Through evidence-based complementary and alternative therapies such as yoga and massage, she addresses chronic pain and rehabilitation needs with compassion and expertise.
As a Womb Care Advocate, Tiffany is committed to the education and research of healing arts that inspire women to live well at every phase of womanhood. She believes in using the body’s experiences to tell its stories, supporting women’s health and well-being of the mind, body, and spirit.

OUR PARTNER
Amputees Are Awesome
We are excited to collaborate with Amputees Are Awesome (AAA), a nonprofit organization committed to empowering amputees through support and resources. As part of this partnership, Sacred Soul Wellness proudly offers mindfulness and wellness services designed specifically for individuals who have experienced limb loss, limb difference or, limb limitation.
Our trauma-informed yoga, meditation, and integrative wellness coaching programs help amputees heal both physically and emotionally, fostering resilience and inner strength. Together with AAA, we are creating a holistic support system to ensure amputees can lead empowered, balanced lives.
