Meditation is a mental exercise that supports greater attention and awareness of self and surroundings. In meditation we go within to seek the answers and it is one of the ancient therapies practiced for thousands of years. Don’t come with any preconceived expectations. We will talk about what it is and the many ways you can incorporate this practice throughout your day and in and outside of class. There will be light discussion and guided meditations that will allow you to just relax and explore this work in your own time. Start slow. Get comfortable. Be consistent. Light music or sound instruments may be used as a part of the class. This class is scheduled for 60mins and is perfect for all fitness levels.
