This package would include monthly prenatal massages throughout the pregnancy + 1 postpartum massage and 1 yoni steam and postpartum holistic home care kit.  includes support with your nutritional recommendations, postpartum holistic home care kit and nutritional recommendations, childbirth education, comfort measures and birth prep, referrals to other support services you may require such as Lactation Support for your breastfeeding journey, mental/emotional support if needed as a part of pregnancy or postpartum (this consult will be with a licensed professional). It also at a high level includes support from signing of agreement through 6 weeks postpartum. Additional services like prenatal and postpartum massage, prenatal and postpartum yoga, yoni steams, or extended post-partum home support would be designed to your need if you do not have partner or family support. I usually do birth photos also but this could be difficult if I am not allowed in the operating room. In this case I can capture the first moments when the two of you are brought back to the room and other milestones from that point. Also includes phone calls, text messaging, emails and virtual support as needed throughout the process.
