Shipping method and delivery times
USPS is used for all orders unless otherwise communicated when you place your order.
Transit time will vary based on your location and takes between 2 and 5 business days.
We only ship to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally. Please also note that we do not ship on U.S. Federal holidays.
Eligible orders can be upgraded for expedited delivery:
All items are shipped via USPS with a tracking number provided once shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at time order is placed and are non-refundable once item has been shipped.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships.

Online and In-store purchases
Products purchased online on www.sacredsoulwellness.org or in-person at the wellness center, must be returned to the store.
Personal care items and skin care products may not be returned but can be exchanged if damaged during shipping. If damaged via shipping, please provide a photo of condition and shipping packaging within 3 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. No cash will be given for any returns or exchanges. Credits will be made to payment cards used for purchase. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded.
